We honour the full manufacturer's warranty on all products. If you believe a product you have purchased is faulty or unsuitable for its intended use, please contact us via email so we can reach a resolution for you. As per ACCC law, customers are entitled to a refund, replacement or repair for faulty products.
Products may need to be received back at our warehouse for assessment to confirm the fault/s. If the alledged fault/s are unable to be replicated, the product will be returned to you. We are unable to provide replacements, refunds or offer repairs for products that are functioning in accordance to the manufacturer's specifications.
All warranty claims are subject to proper use and care. Warranty does not apply in the instance of neglect or normal wear and tear. If the product is found to be incorrectly used, intentionally damaged or tampered with, the warranty may be voided and any claims refused.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us via email directly to begin the return process.
Damaged or incorrect items received
It is recommended to check your order when it is delivered to ensure all products have been received and are in good condition. Despite our best efforts to pack your order securely, damage in transit can occur.
If you have received a product/s that is incorrect or damaged, please email us and attach a photo. We endevour to resolve these issues as soon as possible, with either the correct product, a replacement or a refund.
Please note that in some instances incorrectly received products will need to be returned to us, so we recommend keeping the packaging your order was received in.
Change of mind
We accept returns for change of mind, if the product is unused and we have been contacted within the approved timeframe. Products can be returned at the customer's expense for a refund. Please email us to begin this process.
Used products are unable to be returned.
Please note we are unable to take responsibility for missing or lost parcels that are returned to us. We highly recommend sending your returned products with insurance coverage which can be organised with your chosen carrier.
All sales are final after 30 days of delivery and returns are unable to be accepted after this timeframe.
